Important Rules
- Valid at participating Cap't Loui locations only from June 13 - July 31, 2026.
- Minimum purchase of $13 after tax or Lunch Special required to earn goals.
- Only one qualifying transaction per calendar day counts toward goals.
- Both dine-in and pickup orders qualify for earning goals.
- Delivery orders do NOT qualify for earning goals.
- Rewards must be redeemed on a future visit, not the same visit the goal was completed.
- All rewards expire after July 31, 2026 and cannot be redeemed after that date.
- Rewards can only be redeemed at the same location listed on your goal card.
- Multiple cards can be combined if they are from the same store and have different dated stamps.
- Lost or damaged cards cannot be replaced with accumulated goals. A new card will be issued.
- Goal cards are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Cap't Loui reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time without notice.

Yes! Pickup orders qualify when you pick up your order in-store. Make sure to present your Goal Card when you pick up your order.
Yes, but they need to be cards from the same store and have different dated stamps. You cannot combine cards from different locations.
No. Rewards must be redeemed on a future visit after you've completed the required number of goals.
You can ask the staff for a new Goal Card, however your previous accumulated goals cannot be replaced or transferred. You'll need to start earning goals from the beginning with your new card.
The rewards program runs from June 13, 2026 through July 31, 2026. All rewards must be earned and redeemed by July 31, 2026.

No. Delivery orders do NOT qualify. Only dine-in and pickup orders (when picked up in-store) are eligible for earning goals.
Lunch dine-in visits before 5:00 PM Monday through Friday earn 2 goals instead of 1. This is a great way to accelerate your rewards!
